I got up and walked 2 miles. I worked out to Leslie Sansone's Pilates Walk and then at the end of her video she has a pilates workout so I did that.

Im new:)..to this team. I 'sweated to the oldies'...45 minutes...and then low toning for 15/20 and then a 'balance' routine..about 15. ...and I kinda didn't want to do it lol..so the end felt great!

Oh, I worked out a lot today. Needed it as yesterday was too high in calories and fat. Today, I walked 3.5 miles, then later when I got home, I completed one 10 miutes cardio blast dance workout. This didn't work me out enough, so I did Tracey Mallet's Dance Fusion, which was a quite strenuous and takes about 32 minutes. I felt great afterward. I burned about 750 calories from all exercise combined.
