I did Jessica Smith's Best Workout for Apple Shapes. First "formal" exercise I've done for awhile - I've been very busy all summer doing outside work, hoping that was doing it's job on my body as well, but this really made me realize that I have not been targeting some very needed areas. Realize I need to fit some strength training especially into my days.

All that to say that the workout was PAINFUL!!! emoticon

Only managed the walk yesterday; church and pulled muscle in a leg and shoulder made 30 Day not happen. Resting until Monday and attempting a re-start on that. Always seems to happen. *Bangs head.* Taking it easy for rest of the week on strength training, so going simple with just my daily walk on my lunch break. Will get back into sweating out out come Monday to give my leg and shoulder time to heal up.
