Nursing a hip injury but was still able to get in 30 minute strength walking, planks and some wall sits. Taking it easy but keeping it moving!!

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE GREAT TO START, BUT YOU HAVE TO START TO BE GREAT!!!

emoticon Started my morining before work with a custom class by playing with the Xbox 360 Kinect emoticon emoticon emoticon had fun and a workout this morning emoticon everyone who was able to move and even those who was smart to know that resting is a part of our healthy workout routine...it helps us, too!

I did a 20 minute walking dvd and then the sparks 12 minute seated workout. emoticon
