Yesterday I was sooooo lazy and soooo tired and wanted just to watch TV. But I menaged to force myself to get off the sofa and do 45 min Walk Away the Ponds 5K. That was my first WATP workound and I loved it! Excellent workout when you don't feel like running and jumping.

What a beautiful morning in the mountains!! Walked to work today for the first time since October when the weather changed. Oh how I've missed my daily walks - the treadmill just isn't the same emoticon emoticon
