I made a list of what exercises did today 4.15.2014;-) This has been built up over time. I am now in a great routine and love it. I started off by walking 5min on the treadmill and added to it. I have 55 lbs to lose so I need this attack plan. All the workouts are SP.

I make an electronic list then add it to my fitness tracker as I get it done.

100 min on treadmill

(2x) 10 min SP Bootcamp - Day 2 Workout

(1x)10-Minute Arm Toning Workout

(1x) 5-Minute butt blasting workout

I'm doing Spring cleaning all week and then a stretch and bath at the end of the day. I might keep that up all week and throw in some ST. It is nice to get two things done although I know with the nice weather I will throw in some walks and bike rides.

Been slacking this week on posting while friend was visiting me. :( BUT, I 'm back on track. :)

25 minute walk yesterday, 30 Day Shred last night.
