Oh, I worked out a lot today. Needed it as yesterday was too high in calories and fat. Today, I walked 3.5 miles, then later when I got home, I completed one 10 miutes cardio blast dance workout. This didn't work me out enough, so I did Tracey Mallet's Dance Fusion, which was a quite strenuous and takes about 32 minutes. I felt great afterward. I burned about 750 calories from all exercise combined.

Way to go Shelter-Pets! Today I started The Essentials to the Fe Fit workout program. There are 7, so I'll be doing those this first week. Today was Barre and they REALLY work your calfs! They're only 15 minutes, but you have to start somewhere, right?!

I didn't necessarily DO anything workout wise, but I DID get all my measurements and initial testing done! Tomorrow starts the real workout days. Sad to see how out of shape I am compared to what I used to be able to do a year ago!
