Woke up with a crick in my neck, so workout was derailed. Got through half of my abs workout and traded running for pool time. No on muscle relaxers hoping I'm better before this evening.

So far today, 30 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes hand weights and 15 minutes walk from the parking lot at the university I work at.
I will walk 30 minutes at lunch and do 30 minutes on my stationary bike when I get home this evening and take a swim in my pool at home. Since 5 am this morning I have logged 7087 steps.
