I had a busy day today! I started today with a "Ride and Restore" class at the fitness center, which was 30 minutes of Spin followed by 30 minutes of Hot Yoga. Then had to play catch on my program at home, because I ended up taking a rest day yesterday.

Not worked out but for two days last week between a three day migraine and my child being in the hospital for two days. So this week, I will start again. Hopefully will tonight and will post when I do. Bad week last week. Really bad.
