Awesome start to the new year everyone!!!

My day looked like this:
Burn Body Fat 3 Miles with 2lb weights
Burn and Firm Pilates
YBB Light & Easy

I plan on adding some yoga before bed :-)

Would you dance with the Devil in the pale moonlight?
