During the holidays it can be so hard to stay on track. So my idea was committing to getting in at least 30 minutes of activity per day. This will be kind of like the advent calendars I buy my kiddos :-)

I'll start - Day 1 3 Mile Slim & Sleek - 45 mins Sculpted Buns & Thighs - 20 mins Classic Walk - 30 mins Walk on to Weight Loss - 25 mins
