Hello Team Members!
I am new to the team. My name is Jennifer. I have been on SP for 5 years now, but decided to branch out to some other teams that have similar workout tastes that I do.
I workout at home and need to be able to travel with my workouts (DVDs, weights and laptop) since I travel a lot for work. My favorites are Turbo Jam and ANY Firm workout but I've gotten into a rut lately. I'm bored.
I would do Firm workouts every day since I have so many, but since they incorporate strength training I wasn't sure if that was a good idea. I know you're supposed to rest between weight days, but don't know if that applies to the Firm workouts. If I do need to skip days, then the strictly cardio workout to do in between is what I'm bored with.
Does anyone have any recommendations for new/similar workouts I could try? Do any of you do Firm workouts every day?
