Bones treatment of him in the beginning is not religious bigotry. She views ALL religions as illogical. If he had been a Catholic needing to go to mass at dusk or a Jew who refused to work on Saturday or [insert religious observance here], she'd have been no different.
The Parker storyline was hilarious. I especially like that the paints were still on his face during dinner with Bones.
I like the argument Sweets and Bones were having about psych v. anthro. And Bones refusal to acknowledge the soft sciences as true science.
