Think of this as you meditation time. Picture yourself doing what you can't do and let the body relax.
This may be a way of the good Lord saying it is time to rest. Think about how much you will appreciate the gym when you get back to it. You never know what you really miss until you cant do it any longer.
I'm missing going to the gym. I have a bruised diaphram and doctor said no exercize or strenuous activity until it heals which will be at leas another week. I am actually caving to go to the gym and I never thought that would come out of my mouth (or more acurately off my fingers, hehe).
