I know that when you constantly are bailing out someone that they never learn to take responsibility for their actions and it hurts them in the end. I really did enjoy that both Booth and Bones were developed.

Last night was one of the better shows. Booth brother really was a piece of work! Brotherly love is good but sometimes you can hurt a person more by trying to always cover up their wrong doings. I was glad to see that Booth came to the conclusion to stop covering up for the brother. I am thinking that this will help him to grow up even if he has to go the hard route to get there.

Well I guess I sould say I totally agree that his brother is a bit of a taker personality. A person who feels it's always someone elses fault. What I was saying that it was slow had more to do with the murder investigation but to get all the other stuff in then the murder would have to go slow. I liked the show because it really developed Booth's personality.

I loved this show, first you see how excited Booth is about getting this recognition. Then how he shows that family comes first, even though he is hurt he tries not to let it show. I agree that Jared is an idiot but with Booth consently bailing him out he would learn how to take responsibility. It was great to see that intern again he is deadpan funny. I loved how Cam tried to get Booth to talk. But, most of all my favourite part was that toast Bones gave to Booth on his birthday. I think that will bring them even closer now. (I hope)

I thought it showed how much honor and respect Booth had for his friends and family, that he was willing to give up so much for his brother when he knew his brother wouldn't appreciate it. Even Cam knew and the brief few minutes that Sweets meet him, knew he wouldn't appreciate it. Look how his brother made Seeley sound to Bones. Jared is a fool and a idiot. Granted they came from an abusive background, but a line needs to be drawn in the sand and said "When do you start accepting responsibility for one's own actions?" Seeley did that tonight. Bones had her eyes opened for the past 3 seasons, she has always talked about what an alpha male is, now she sees not all alpha males are what she was taught. Her world is opening up and Seeley is finally realizing he can't take care of everyone. To me it showed a lot of growing up for both of them. Then again, I went to college for behavioral science so I most likely enjoyed it more for that aspect, then the usual reasons....as I ramble on.
I thought this was a bit slow at times and I enjoyed Booth's brother as a way of expanding Booth's character and it is realistic in that they are different in their personalities which often happens in families.
