Back pain is horrible! A lot of times I get the sciatica with spasms in the lower back, but this time it was just the leg pain. I hope you're feeling better.

I try not too but it just happens and it isn't really guilt more like regret. My back pain is actually worse than sciatica as I have had both and know what each feels like.

A friend once told me it's not healthy to feel guilty for more than 15 seconds! I like that quote, because I'm a good one for guilt feelings. Yuck!

We all have our ups and downs. I had a bout of sciatica last week and felt guilty that I couldn't take the dog out for a walk. Wasn't worried about me as much! LOL! Go figure!

Here's to healthy backs and no flooding!

I feel guilty that I have been errant for a few days. I have been walking lots and lots and really overdid it and my back is killing me so I have not felt very sociable and feel guilty for that.
