I've sat down and really taken a look at what I've eaten lately and the state of my life. I work everyday now at my store. My eating is not the same and I have not met my exercise requirements for the past 3 ot 4 weeks. This week I really tried to get it in but i think what happened is a combination of reality. Thank God it's just a pathetic amount of weight and I can handle that! thanks to SP I know exactly how to manage it with out heading into a downward spiral and beating myself up over it!
I wouldn't think that weight training in one day would build that much, but I am not an expert. I guess I wouldn't worry about a 2 pound flux quite yet. Maybe you are close to TOM? Women are notorious for fluxating!! Even if you haven't seen 125 in months it is such a small amount that you've gained. I am sure you will be back down in no time!

quick question. I weighed 123 2 days ago and today I am 125. background: I had been slacking off on weight training for the last 2 weeks so yesterday I did a really good session and this morning my weight went up. Now I know that strength training causes the muscle to tear and retain water but could it do it that much. I have been cheating a little the past 2 weeks but like I said, 2 days ago I was 123. I usually wabble between 123 and 124 but I havn't seen 125 in months.
