I'm working out with her set of DVD called "Front side, Back side" she always incorporates cardio with weights for maximum burn, as she puts it! one minute into the workout you are sweating. My legs were actually sweating today. She also has just straight out cardio. If you purchase the Front side set she as a segment on there that previews all her videos. I highly recommend these if you need to shake it up or you need to tighten up everywhere.
Plus it counts as aerobics high intensity which burns on SP 210 calories in 30 minutes. And I totally believe that because I am dead when it's all over!!!
