Good morning everyone !

I have the results for September but will give everyone another day to enter their minutes.

It must be something in the air. Or maybe the change of seasons. But I haven't had the desire to work out either. And I've been way over on my calories this month.

I hope everyone feels better and everyone's family is feeling better too. Sometimes when there is a family member that's not up to snuff it effects us too.

The results will be posted on Wednesday.

Hey Emily, Glad to hear that today was a better day.

I wanted to bike today, but we got hit with rain!
So I went to the health club. Unfortunately my heart wasn't really into it. I got on the treadmill and I started to jog, by ended up walking...

since tuesday I've been feelin kinda "blah"... started off the week well, but since then haven't really gotten too much exercise in...

here are my water totals:
Wed (9/26): 8 glasses
Thursday(9/27): 5 glasses
Friday (9/28): 5 glasses

hopefully, I will get in some exercise tomorrow. also, beginning next week I will only be in the office M-Tu-W and at home working/studying on Th-F... sooooooo that means I will theoretically have more time to go to the gym. My goal is to make it there at least 4 times next week. Hold me to it, people!! :)

Bad news for my crunches and workout times: the doctor said I still need another solid 4 weeks of rest before I can resume any fitness activities: ANY!!!

At any rate, here is my latest tally of water (I got sick before the surgery so that is why the exercising stopped!):

9/16: 9 glasses water, 0 crunches
9/17: 9 glasses water, 0 crunches
9/18: 9 glasses water, 0 crunches
9/19: 9 glasses water, 0 crunches
9/20: 10 glasses water, no possible crunches from here on out. Surgery was today.

Sorry I have not been posting lately. I had surgery on the 21st and have not had the chance to catch up. I am not supposed to do any workouts for at least another few weeks, but I have stayed pretty much on top of my water, even if I didn't want to. Dr's orders to drink water!! I am so jealous of your bike rides!! I want to be able to do the long rides again, but I am stuck to half hour rides so I don't over exert the knee.
I am hoping I get back to semi-normal--let's face it I was never NORMAL--so I can do a few days of RAGBRAI next summer. With my luck though, next year will be one of their hilliest rides (yes, Iowa has hills emoticon )

Day of rest for the most part. Did ride my bike to friend's and back for maybe a total of a mile, so that was about it. No crunches and 10 glasses of water. Tomorrow...back at it!!
