I kinda sorta blew mine today. I had an awesome day, but started it off with a Lo-Fat Carmel Maciata (sp) frm Starbucks to celebfate the first day of our Pre=School. Then when I got home I had some Egg Salad on Club Crackers. The Coffee and the Crackers put me WAY WAY over my carb limit. Every thing else I had, including my bacon, egg salad, Starbucks Salad, jello/yogurt, and the Cheese Whiz are totally allowed. Would have only been about 20 carbs without the Coffee and Crackers.
