Two things excrise, the walking dvds[Leslie Sanone] a weight lifting dvd. And eating tons of fruits and veggies in other words eating good stuff. Ok three things just plain eating where as befor I'd eat once aday not much, but eat junk food cause I was hungery. So things are so much better and I'm losing weight!
Logging my food faithfully, wearing a pedometer all of the time, and using a small dance technique that can be incorporated wherever I'm standing to add cardio movement to my day (it may not be for long enough duration to count, but it ticks the pedometer over.)
