Thank you VIVIANSB, your story truly is inspiring.

I recently got into running though so not yet reaping the rewards. Switched my running program cause i was trying too much too fast and have decided to slow it down, enjoy it then work on speed.
Are there any lower body exercises that you can recommend? I currently do pilates and lots of ball exercises to tone them but nothing yet with weights.

The weight does come off but cardio and weightlifting are invaluable. I see from your SparkPage that you're a runner? That is one TERRIFIC exercise for slimming the hips and thighs and for making the legs look great. Lower body workouts with weights are essential, though, for toning and shaping as well as for preventing muscle imbalances that come with the sport.

Hello Ladies,

Glad to see the weight is dropping off. Some of your stories are truly inspirational...thank you for sharing them.

I have a question; I have rather large thighs, thunder thighs :) and was wondering does the weight ever really come off, is there something i can do to? I see muscle definition but there is lots of wobbly fat around the top :(

Does it come off?

Way to go!

So as soon as I got back from my vacation I was a little worried I may not get right back on the saddle. But luckily my friend came by the house and wanted to go on a walk with me. I walked with her for 40 minutes. Afterward I joined my daughter in the pool and soaking became playing games and playing games led to swimming and swimming led to doing some pool excercises.

I stayed in my water and Sparkdiet plan for two days in a row and I lost

ALL of the 4 lbs of water weight I had gained during vacation and today I weighed myself I was 2 lbs under my start weight!! I believe that all the ingredients are adding up to me burning more calories than I am consuming. Yay! I'm having fun and I have also decided to try and find more ways to add Omega-3 oils into my diet. I'm honestly less hungry when I have them.
