my condolances for your loss. my sister lost 4 babes before getting a success story (lived at 6 mo term. As they knew her problems, they were ready for me in the premie unit 3 1/2 months before due date---i was in labor for 3 months, but he lived. As for the weight, all you can do is look for each single pound off as a success of it's own. I am down a little and thankful for it. Good Luck. Beth

Hello everyone...I've been a member of Spark for over a year and during that time have gained 40 pounds (mostly because of pregnancy a month after I started the program). I have been so frustrated because I've only lost about 10 pounds of the weight I put on. It's been a difficult and stressful year, my daughter was stillborn when I was 6 months pregnant because of an inherited chromosome disorder and severe heart defect. I haven't been able to motivate myself to do anything, I have still been eating healthy but exercise seems like too much when all I want to do is sleep. It seems like I can lose 5 pounds and then I'm stuck. I really need some motivation and it's hard to find in my house. My husband has never been close to being overweight a day in his life, and my sister and brother-in-law are more than happy in their obese lifestyle. I've tried hard to alleviate all the stress I've been putting on myself not only because of the loss of my daughter but also to lose weight.
If anyone has any suggestions that might help motivate me, please let me know. Thanks.
