agree w/ pp, I dont think we work differently it just gets carried different, I work with a girl who is 5'7" rail thin and she wears a size 7, when I got down to my smallest weight I wore a size 2 but did not look like that girl and no one could believe it darn it why cant yoga make me taller? lol
Hmmm...I haven't really found this to be true, I don't think. I'm not sure what the poster you're talking about meant by "differently". I do a mix of cardio and stregnth training, watch what I eat, try to stay in my SP ranges for the day, the basic SP plan really. I think that's a formula that works for most people...it has for me.
