That's a good goal to give yourself I did wear shorts last summer when I went to Cuvers, but then at the same time you'de never catch me wearing a smiwsuit without some kinda warp as the back of my legs up by my butt has those lovely bulges going on that is my goal to be able to go without having to wear some kinda wrap!

Good goals - both of them. I can tell you for sure that the pedometer thing works. Well, it did before Monday's ankle sprain anyhow. :( I'm anxious to hear how you do with it.

OK, I wear shorts when I do my exercise, and I also wear my new pedometer. My goal is to lose weight by walking and also to get my pedometer up to 10,000 steps. I wear it all day and am a challenge for pedometer walking. That is my new goal. from susieq1947

Haha, glad I'm not the only one who envies how other people at the gym look! Sometimes I just want to go up to them and ask, how'd you do that?! I'll follow whatever plan they do! :p I always wonder if they've always been like that...or if they have a super weight-loss story.
Good for you wearing shorts to the gym! It's hot where I am, so I've concluded I have to wear shorts anyway or I'll overheat :p
You know those girls at the gym on the stair stepper in shorts? Their legs are long and toned and you can't help but stare at them (not in a sexy way ). Well, that is my new goal (although my legs will never be long)... I WANT HOT STAIRSTEPPER LEGS! TOday I will wear shorts to the gym as encouragement!
