I am feeling better today. I got on the scales this morning and I was back down 3.5 lbs. Kinda crazy. I have done well with eating today and I just hope I can keep it up.

Ok Allysonlynne, you've kicked yourself enough. Time to get back on track. You can do this. Monitor what you eat, exercise, and keep working the program. The weight will come off.

Allyson,
I know how you feel. 5lbs on us short folks is like 10 on other people. When ever I gain 5 it takes a couple weeks to loose...It is so frustrating because I can put that same 5 on in less than half that time.

Are you the same as me where 10lbs is an entire size?

Hey that happens!! Things are thrown in front of us and we're knocked for a loop!! Just go back to what you did before the 5 pounds, hey some of this pounds just could be water weight if u ate like a teen!! I know seeing that darn scale going up sucks, I've had it happen so many times but I just keep doing what I'm doing with a little extra workout time! Good Luck!!

If you put your mind (and body and mouth) to it, you can easily lose those 5 pounds in three week! Decide right now that you are right now as heavy as you'll ever be again and start taking steps to take you in the right direction. Write down in a blog or journal or even on the back of an envelope how you feel right now and how you think you got to this point. Then, read that every day to inspire you to drop those 5 pounds and then more!

Tough up and face it. you are home now, time for a restart. Drink Water and more water. Eat some fruit salads, watch the calories and do something active. If you restart now the gain will be gone before it becomes a permanent thing (like my 45 lbs has become - and i don't want it anymore- ever again). If i regain a couple lbs, i just face up and try to watch it ever so close the next week. Goo luckm you don';t have that far to go. Beth

Ok, I have gained five pounds. With the end of school, I just started eating like crazy. I also went to DC for five days with 66 teenagers. We did TONS of walking but we ate disgusting. You know we had to eat teenager food. I am very discouraged.
