I kind of dropped out for the second half of the month because I was on vacation. It was too hard to post everything when I got back.

Aruba was great! Suffice it to say I did 2 beach walks a day with hubby (60 minutes each), parasailing, rope swinging off a boat into the water, and ocean swimming. I managed to do 3 water aerobics classes because they were right in front of me, so I had to participate.

Lots of salads and fruit every day. (Didn't gain any weight!) My husband was proud of me. Even though I had picked a resort with a good gym, I never went in the gym once! For a workout addict like me, that was a real accomplishment!

Too much starch and meat. That's one thing that's gonna change as soon as I get home - more fruits and veggies, less starch and once again practically no meat!!
