After ordering online, i found out my local asian grocery has tofu shirataki in the refrigerated section. But it was all sold out and they restock every couple weeks. You may want to check your asian stores before mail ordering.
As far as web site, cut and paste the address without the stuff after the .com and it comes up for me. Sorry you had a problem.

got my package of "miracle noodles" friday 6/1. Of course i had them for dinner. Opened the angel hair ones, they didn't smell much, rinsed and tasted ok but reel rubbery cold and rinsed. I dried about 3 oz in a fry pan, then added 1/8-1/4 tablespoon of margarine and mixed while melting butter. Added 1 slice kraft american cheese, melted stirred and ate. Really wasn't bad for 80 cal total Tried them on Sat with prego spagetti sauce just in the microwave. OK, but not great. Main thing is-- saved a lot of cal and didn't feel deprived. I will continue with them, an see if i can find a more satisfying way to cook. I tried the Konjac ones, they don't have tofu and don't need top be refrig until after opening. I got the variety pack and will report if any other shapes are much better. Beth

Hi, I know a bit about shirataki noodles (the miracle noodle) ... I am of Japanese descent so I frequent the Asian grocery store. You can find it there in the refrigerated tofu section. It's very cheap - here in Minnesota it's about $2 or less a pack. I 've seen Whole Foods, and other natural stores carry them also

Shirataki noodles are made from Konjac, a natural vegan jelly http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shirataki which has almost no calories but is very high in fiber and very filling. It has no taste, and absorbs all flavor and seasonings. I like to use it in stirfry dishes, but it can be used in salad and as a substitute for Western pasta dishes. It looks like pasta noodles and it's delicious!

I love PB2. I use it evey day to boost the protein content in my breakfast cereal or oatmeal. I heard about both products from a great website called www.hungrygirl.com but, unfortunately, local stores do not carry shirataki noodles.

Wohoo, I have lost 4 inches from my hips (07/23/07!

Amazing! You hang something in your closet for awhile and it shrinks two sizes ! (Anonymous) - in my case, it's the exact opposite.

Yes, i am curious too, and how expensive is it? What in the world is peanut butter powder? Let us know, i will try anything, but it has to have some taste, or i guess you could put some kind of herbs, and tomatoes to make it taste good. I did go to that site and read about the pasta, anything is possible. omccoy

Hi, my husband and i eat the wheat pasta, and use the 99%fat free turkey, and you could fix your own tomatoe sauce, or use the jars. I read the less you boil your spahetti, the better, either its easier to digest, or something about the sugar content, but boiling it until is soft is not good. just thought i would add this. And after you eat the wheat pasta, its good too. omccoy

Just read about these products on the 50 plus site. Figured my 5'3" and under buddies needed to know. I ordered the pasta today, after it arrives and i taste it i will post again. PASTA without calories WOW, and PB powder (believe the PB@ may be the stuff they feed starving kids in africa). Not endorsing this, until i taste it, for now just info for all to check out. Best to all for the holiday, Beth
