I've been wearing a pair of Levis 32" waist and they are getting loose, now I can fit into the Gap 31" waist. I even tried one of the aspirational pairs, it zipped, but I wouldn't have chanced sitting down, or even walking, in case I was bisected :-)

I cleaned my closet out and sent two lg. bags to the Goodwill. My sis tells me to keep some of them, just in case, but I am not planning on gaining it back and if that were to happen, I guess I would just have to go to the Goodwill and try to buy them back, NOT. i THINK THAT,S A MORE POSITIVE WAY TO LOOK AT IT, IS FOR ME ANYWAY.Good luck with those capri,s Michelle, I know you,ll get into them, and then do The Happy Dance, cha-cha-cha. Have a great weekend everyone. Carol

PENROSE - I cut up my old jeans and made a "fat jean" picnic blanket out of them (they were a bit too worn to take to the thrift store). A lot of fun, that.

I get rid of all my fat clothes (except one pair of pants and a shirt - to show people and myself how much smaller I am) because I don't want to feel there is a possibility of returning to my old weight. Do you guys get rid of your fat clothes? It's fun to tell people that I was a 16 going on 18, now I'm an 8 going on 6.

I also do have some "aspirational" capri pants I picked up at the thrift store (size 6) that I expect to be wearing by summer.

I love that feeling. I am now fitting my clothes and hoping they will get loose soon. Of course there area few pairs of aspirational jeans still in the cupboard waiting for the button to meet the button hole :-)
In our house we have four girls, me plus 3 teens, we all fit one other person's clothes. I want to start stealing my 13 year old's :-)

My fat clothes have been too big for a while. I cut them up and let the kids I teach make a quilt out of the fabric. It was embarassing at first, but then kind of liberating. Now,I have to buy smaller pants every two weeks... :)

Three pair of pants I wore last week were all loose. One pair kept falling down and I forgot my belt that day. And I didn't have to unzip or unbutton them to pull them up! emoticon

I love that... I was so psyched when my jeans got to big. I have several pairs that are so big that I can pull them over my hips without unbuttoning!! Now, my newest pair of jeans is getting big, I love this!!

I will never give up... I will just keep searching for my diamond in the rough.

The shorts I bought back in March at the Old Navy outlet are now getting almost too loose...I have them on right now and if I get much smaller they'll be falling off! I just had to buy some new jeans since I recently transitioned to a size 8...weird, it seems every time I plateau I drop a size!

All of my spring/summer pants have been coming out of the closet and into a 'donation' pile. Fortunately, I can wear jeans to work (at one of my jobs) or else I'd be wearing the same pants three times a week. I am having the hardest time finding size 4 and 6 dress pants. This appears to be common with everyone else. Oh well, I'll get over it!

Carol, I can truly relate. When I started this fitness journey, size 16 was just starting to get tight and I had two size 18 clothes. When I got a size 8 dress just before Christmas this year, it blew my mind (I had never fit into a size 8 before). I'm now a loose 8/snug 6 and sometimes wonder how on earth I've done this. And too true, it does taste better than anything I've ever put in my mouth!

Cheers

Michelle

I wear a uniform every day to work. Hard to tell how they are fitting for the most part but one day out of the blue a little bit ago, I noticed that I had to cinch my belt a little tighter and that my rear end was not pushing the limit of the pants any more. AND, others have noticed. I've got a couple pair of low rise jeans that no longer fit just right. Kinda sad cause I love em. Ah well, as someone said, gotta go get some in a size that fit right-hard to justify as I don't wear clothes other than work uniform very often or for very long.
Great feeling huh? Keep up the good work all!

They sure are getting loose anything 10 or above. I went shopping for something new, but it is hard to find small petite clothes (pants) that fit in sizes 6 and 8. I don't want my weight loss to get me down when I am stuck in baggy clothes for now.

I noticed my pants today were getting big. When I pulled them away from my body, there was about 1 1/2 inches of space. The crotch was actually sagging a little bit. Not a good look, but I will take it!

I joke with friends & family that I now rent clothes from the thrift store - what else do you call it when you pay for something, wear it a couple of months, then have to return it as a donation? It's very exciting, albeit very expensive, this losing weight.

Also, I get rid of all my fat clothes as they become too loose. That way, there's no turning back!

Yep - pulled a pair out of the drawer that I'd not been able to wear in a while and another that needed a belt to stay put! Great feeling!

I've noticed and been told that my work pants are getting to big. I guess I need to go shopping. I've tried finding some nice ones but they are hard to find, ones that don't cost an arm and leg that is.

Ditto on the pants getting looser and the size getting smaller. I do have one complaint though - I'm finding that there isn't a big selection of the smaller sizes!!!!! Not a problem I thought I'd ever have.... emoticon ....YEE HAA!!!!!

Happiness is within us all, it's up to us to find our joy - we can't expect others to find it or provide it for us.

Yeah, this is happening to me too :) The pants that used to sit at my waist are now down to my hips...which means I have to wear taller shoes :p haha, oh well! Going shopping this weekend, going to see if I can fit into a smaller size...that would be exciting!
