Thanks! I am not in too big of a hurry allthough it would be nice to see an initial drop. My goal is by the end of the next year before I turn 35. I seem to be doing well with the Sparkpeople I have been sticking with it for about a month which is the longest I have ever stuck to a diet. I usally last a week tops (even with weight watchers) but my family Dr is being a big support in this journey so it helps me stay motivated.
Hi, and welcome to the team. I am 4' 11" and was able to lose 25 lbs. My only tips would be to have a good diet and set up an exercise schedule that you stick to. I would suggest at least 4 times a week. I found doing the cardio exercises was when I started to really see some pounds drop off. Also, I was not in any hurry to drop the weight. I took my time and did it very gradually over a year and a half. Its been over four yrs now and I have been able to keep the weight off. I wish you much luck in your journey and .
