I only really understand myself, what I'm really thinking and feelings, when I've talked it over with my circle of female friends. When days go by without that connection, I feel like a radio playing in an empty room.

I am 5' 1". I started at 145 pounds and now at 132. I am pleased with my progress. I have osteopenia, the precursor to osteoprosis so I think I am going to have to be happy at a goal wt of 128 lbs. Weight loss equates to some bone loss which I can't afford. This puts me in the upper range of my BMI but that's OK.

Hi everybody Just found this team. Have been at Spark since beginning of Jan. The things you don't find when you look!! I am happpy to join the vertically challenged group. At least that is what I have been called most of my life. People who are 5'4 inches stand beside me and say "you make me feel so talllll." I agree, it is not as easy to lose weight and calorie counts have to be on the low side. Best of luck to all of you on this journey to a heatlhy life.
