I have three future selves I'm helping out today:
For myself in 1 month, I'm going to go to the gym and do my deadlifts. I'll be stronger and able to put up even higher numbers next month.
For myself in 3 days, I'm going to start a response to a reviewer at work so that I can get this off my plate.
For myself tomorrow, I'm going to use the foam roller after my workout. This should help with the stiffness and epic soreness that deadlifts usually cause. :)
