Power walking! I dropped most of my weight power walking. Also, since you are new, you should measure everywhere! SP will let you add other areas to. I highly recommend doing this.
I weigh daily, but updated my weight weekly on SP and at the same time would update my measurements. Some days you may not be down in weight but you will be in inches and it makes a huge difference to yourself! At least it did to me!
Note, the more inches you loose off your midsection, will make those crunches easier on you!
Most of my weight problems are in my belly area. I am new to working out and have no equipment right now. What are some exercises besides crutches that target that area? I hate crutches and it kills my back. I need an exercise that I can do at home with no equipment that targets my belly.
