I lost a lot in the first month and now things have slowed down. I need to get the exercising up. I am doing good about my food intake, but really am lacking in exercise. I want to lose my weight in a healthy way. I don't want to do a yo yo diet. So, I am not discouraged that there was no weight lose this week. I KNOW I need to get my exercise program in place and working for me. When that is done I will see more results.
I was thinking last night about how we batter ourselves if we "over eat" for one day. But, really isn't that eating normal. People who are thin don't get in a tizzy if they have "a piece" of cake. So, we just need to remember that if we have something special, that is just what it is. Something special. Then we need to go back to our healthy eating. Of course we cannot eat the whole cake. But, we do need to realize that having an occassional treat is not necessarily a bad thing.
