I am currently doing the 30 day shred. I did 9 days of level 1 and I am on day 4 of level 2. I also walk 10 mins to school, 10 mins back home from school and I dance 15 mins. using my wii and just dance 3.
So far I have only lost .4 lbs. I have not checked my measurements because I am waiting until I am 15 days into the 30 day shred.
I want to build muscle via the 30 day shred and I am starting to see ab definition and my arms look more toned, but I am not losing as much weight as I would like to.
I know that doing 1 hr. of cardio 6 days a week will make me lose ~1.5 lbs/week but I planned to do that only after I finish the shred.
What do you guys think?
Should I stick with the 30 day shred just for completeness' sake? or
Should I start doing my 1 hr. of cardio 6 days/week and shelf the 30 day shred until I only want to do toning?
