I'm with you LINREVETTE! I won't give up butter, or anything else, for that matter. But, I stick to portion control and use butter sparingly. It's natural, tastes good and gives food that little extra.

I say - Go for it! But do count the calories. I truly don't believe that we should stop eating the food that we enjoy -- everything in moderation!

LOL! Nice try! Your best bet is to measure the butter BEFORE you use it, so you don't consume more than the recommended serving... ; )

If there is melted butter. On the bottom of the bowl and I do not drink it. Do u think I can subtract some calories ;)
