hi everyone I am 5 ft tall on a good day and i swear i am shrinking already ..I am 35 ..have had to kids ..both very very active boys and unfortunately ended up w a crappy thyroid and pancreas sooo 8 years later we figured it all out and now I need to lose a toal of 105 lbs!! I started at 240 and am almost under the 200 mark iam quite excited and I love the sparks people ..keeps me motivated ...
I love my local YMCA and I have changed my routine up a bit for now I take a different class everyday and wow am I feeling it now ..kickboxing..body tone and a interval class ..keeps me jumping...I hope to buy cute cute little bathing suits this summer!!
Anyway nice to see the range in the 5'3' and under forum!!
