Hey guys, now that we are regretting christmas indulgence, lets set ourselves a short-term target to lose the next 5lbs and maybe fit into a smaller size in a few weeks? That will help us feel motivated to keep going for the rest of the year. Congrats BJDuncan, I love getting under 'the next big number'.

Don''t give up, losing weight is like walking downhill and carrying a lighter load as you go. After a while, fill a carrier bag with the weight you have lost and feel good about yourself when you put it down.
