You're a young woman, so the recommendation to eat at the high end of your calorie allotment works. But it's definitely not a one-size-fits-all proposition. For those of us higher up on the "age scale" (LOL) the calories need to be on the low end... Age, menopause and hormonal levels change the rules quite a bit!

I try to eat at the lower end at all times but this allows me a few times to hit the high end and not worry about it.
Calorie cycling works for a lot of people where you are constantly changing to keep the body guessing.

has anyone had success eating the max calories that sparkpeople suggests?
P.S. last week was the first week I did exactly what spark said to do=success!!!!
