Drinking 8 glasses of water over a day is not too much, but it sure is very good for you. The problem of going to the bathroom (what seems like) every 10 minutes tapers off after about a week or two, really. The only harm in drinking too much water is if you do it all at once...so really try to spread it out over the day along with your wise food choices. I do suggest, however, that you get it all in at least 2 hours before you go to bed. Nothing worse that going to the bathroom all day....AND ALL NIGHT, eh?
