LOL this thread made me smile... I am not really new to the Spark but have renewed the vision of a smaller healthier me. Water has been hard to get in but it seems some days are closer than others. Still havent made that 64oz unless we could count coffee which I have heard actually dehydrates you. Wish that were so, bathrooms are long lost relatives popping everywhere I go. On the plus my skin sure feels nice.
Drinking 8 glasses of water over a day is not too much, but it sure is very good for you. The problem of going to the bathroom (what seems like) every 10 minutes tapers off after about a week or two, really. The only harm in drinking too much water is if you do it all at once...so really try to spread it out over the day along with your wise food choices. I do suggest, however, that you get it all in at least 2 hours before you go to bed. Nothing worse that going to the bathroom all day....AND ALL NIGHT, eh?

I have the same thing. I wonder if maybe the recommended 8 glasses is a little too much for us shorties (or at least more than we really need)? But maybe like some of you say, spacing it out more will help and also giving the body time to adjust.

Okay ... maybe not but I gotta tell ya, 8 glasses of water throughout the day is making me and the potties in my general vicinity mighty close friends. Do you think it would matter if I drank my 64 ounces before I left the house in the morning ... just sayin'?
