May workout :
5/1 = 85 mins strength/35 mins cardio, warm up jog on treadmill 5mins and then 30 mins on treadmill @ 5.0 incline.
5/2 = 90mins strength/31mins elliptcal.
5/3= 90mins strength/30 mins treadmill.
5/4= 90 mins strength/30 mins treadmill jog and walking 6.0 incline.
5/5 = off day to go to eye dr And apt hunting
5/6 = 85mins 8 miles walking @ park trail.
5/7=80mins strength/40mins cardio.
5/8=90mins strength/30 mins cardio treadmill.
5/9 = 95 mins strength/25mins cardio.
5/10= 100mins strength/20mins cardio.
5/11=85 mins strength/35mins cardio.
5/12= off day we had to go to eye Dr. appt for my husband and pick up the grandkid.
5/13= 50 min walked 2.5 miles with my husband and grandson.
5/14=80mins strength/40mins cardio.
5/15=90 mins strength/30 mins cardio.
5/16=90mins strength/30mins elliptcal.
5/17= 120mins of strength training only.
5/18= 90 mins strength/30mins treadmill@6%incline.
5/19= rest day.
5/20= 60 mins walking @ beach.
5/21=95mins strength/25 mins stairclimber.
5/22=90mins strength/30mins cardio.
5/23= 105 mins strength/15mins cardio.
5/24=85 mins strength/35 mins cardio.
5/25= 120 MINS STRENGTH TRAINING ONLY.
5/26= off day.
5/27= day of rest
5/28=120mins strength training only.
5/29=90mins strength/30mins cardio.
5/30=105MINS STRENGTH/15MINS STATIONARY BIKE.
5/31=90mins strength/30mins cardio.
