WOW...you are all going great on the exercise front and put my efforts to shame. I thought I was doing good getting to curves and working out for 30 minutes on their curves smart program 5x per week before going to my full time job. The weekend is usually busy with exercise being ad-hoc (I have two teenage boys in lots of activities, a husband, and a lot of chores/errands each weekend to handle).

Keep up the good work!
