been shoveling snow and de-ice the roof all winter. I am ready for something new. maybe start walking out side soon. I can walk longer than my family so most days I don't feel like I am really exercising.Hoping to change that. My biggest challenge is going what I need to alone.

There is family we are born into.(not always loved)
There is family we marry into.(not always loved)
Then there is the Family we choose...we start by calling them Friends (unconditional loved)

I'm working out on a Total Gym. It's great- I got it off Craigslist for $60.00 and love it! It's the lowest end model, but does everything. I've quit the gym and have been done with my workouts in less time than it took me to drive to the gym. emoticon

15 mins on the elliptical and I have been running around (literally, as in running, had to get from A to be quickly a couple of times today) only don't know for how long, what intensity etc so it doesn't count.

an hour on the ellliptical, average hrt at 145. I'm satisfied with myself today. If I eat right too today, I'd get a pat on the back.

5/13= 50 min walked 2.5 miles with my husband while our grandson rode his scooter on the trail.

Light gardening, playground with grandson, swimming with grandson. Very lazy, can't say that it was excercise, but it was moving around.

Be gentle with yourself as you learn something new.
