OMG I am starving for about 2 full days! Starving. I am almost 50 yrs old and it is still like that. I could eat nonstop for days before! Unfortunately I never figure out the hunger until I am face deep in the eating. This mo I put a big red X on my calander so maybe I can figure it out! I have a spark system I use to record my day. 0-1000 under cals, 1000-1500 w/i cals, 1500-2000 over cals, 2000+ blow it! In 2 mos I have 6 blow its. All right before my period. Next mo I "will" do better! My secret food for cravings is Mc D ice crm cones 130 cals and self contained! I have lost 11 pds in the last 2 mos so I know it's working. We can do better, when we know better!!! Mark your calanders!!

Hey - so every month around my period/PMS I'm tired, cranky, and HUNGRY! I feel like I could eat a house and I don't want a house made out of lean chicken breast, I want a house made out of chips, nachos and chocolate. Even if I resist the temptation of the high calorie foods, I still find myself being hungry all the time. Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else and if so, how do you deal with it?
