Congrats on the quitting smoking. That is one habit I haven't kicked just yet and I thought I would diet and quit at the same time but decided I better tackle one bad habit at a time to keep my stress level down. Plus I don't think my BF could stick around if I attempted both at once. LOL

You will find tons of support and encouragement on this site. We are all working at the same goals and if I have a bad day I can always log on and read something to lift my spirits and put some motivation in me to work harder.

I am abut bigger but I totally feel you I need tons of support

Mini Goal : go down 10 pounds in 30 days.. From 188- 178 BY 10-10-10


wt wise: to fit in those sz 13 LEI jeans

emotionally: to love exercise as much as I love oreos

physically: 40 mins a day even if I don't want to ( that means making time)

spirtually: To love how I look even if I am not perfect!!!

Welcome Donna! You will get all the support you need here! Good job on quitting smoking! I don't know the feeling but have been told by many that you turn to food when you quit. I can imagine how hard that is! We are all here for you. Good Luck!!

I just found this site recently and am quite impressed with all the support/advice etc.

I'm 5'1, and am starting at 155 pounds. Add to this, I am celebrating my 7th day as a non-smoker and everything that is edible is pretty fair game at this point. My goal is 125 pounds. I'm going to need your support.
