Do you work a set schedule? If so you can try gearing your eating around your breaks... if not then you can try and set your own schedule. I find that when I am at work it is easier for me to be healthy and eat 'regularly' than when I am at home.
My suggestion would be to try doing a slow integration - 1rst week add a vegetable (or fruit) to your daily diet. Next week add another and so on, until you are eating 2 veggies w/ each lunch & dinner & 2 pieces of fruit a day - I do eat my fruit as my snacks, I have one between lunch & dinner & one between dinner & bedtime. Make it manageable for yourself. That would be my suggestion, hope it was useful!

Besides motivation, diet would be my biggest problem. I don't eat 3 square meals a day at all. Today I had some pasta for supper and a snack. I'm terrible for not eating breakfast either. How can I change this? Any tips would be helpful!
