I try to do calorie cycling. Stay low, then have a high day if needed. My low end should be 1390, but as you can see for last week, that's not that easy for me to hit. I got so used to eating at 1240 when I first got on SP.

I am running 3 days a week and do Curves 2-3 days a week and the 200 crunches challenge. burning about 1300-1500 calories a week. I am at goal, hovering a pound or two. I am working on toning my abs right now... then need to get started on my butt!
