Well, I did it. I'm now at level 2. We'll see how that does.
Today I weighed myself -- I'm the same weight and same fat% according to my scale that I was a week ago :-( I'm blaming the birthday weekend. I was really hoping that ONE of those numbers would go down.... perhaps a new stage will help me get more effect.
