Hey girls; It's true. You can lose most if not all of the mommy belly. It can be a challenge. I know. At 46 the belly probem is nearly gone. The only draw back is once you get it gone you have to keep going with the toning. If you don't it could come back. I call it the Kangaroo pouch. Low abs. If you have had a c-sec with child birth it is harder to get rid of,but not impossible. Hang in there you can beat it. DD

I want to be young in heart and body. Be the 65yr old granny in a bikini on a beach looking good. LoL

Hi Jeni! I think it's the breaks of motherhood, but others tell me that with hard work you can make it go away. I hoping they're right because I'd sure like to see less of that around too.

Hi Jeni! Welcome. I know the "gut feeling" (hahaha) that you are talking about. Sometimes I think, we'll if that is the worst thing about me...then maybe it's not so bad. That being said, I would like to lose the gut and find another "worst thing" to take it's place =)
