Okay... here's a silly(?) question. I'm trying to wean myself from diet cokes... I just know they're inspiring me to eat more carbs (and more generally). So... I'm converting to LaCroix flavored sparkling waters. They give me the fizzy that I like, and just a touch of flavor -- but do not come laden with aspartame, sucralose, sodium, or... well... anything! The nutrition information is one long string of zeros. The ingredients are: carbonated water and "natural flavor". So.. my question.... do these count as water? And is there a significant difference between water and carbonated water?
