Calmomile tea for when I need calming. Espresso coffee (Whitards Monsoon blend) for when I need livening up. Olvaltine light for bed time and a good nights sleep. Bloody Mary for a friday evening and to signify the end of the working week.

Fuze Slenderize are really good and are only 10 calories. I drink at least one a day. They are delicious!

I found these Hansen sodas that are only 90 calories.
I can't have Crystal Light because it gives me a headache and most artificial sweeteners do too. I would rather have a little extra sugar and calories than a mind blowing headache/migraine.
I like chai tea and a few other teas ....instead of putting cream or regular milk I use light soy milk/cream. I have to be careful how much I drink because teas can upset my stomach.

I drink green tea now for breakfast, snacks and maybe lunch, usually water most of the time. Still trying to finish out some Crystal Lite w/fiber so I may have that maybe 3 times a month, diluted with extra water.

I drink coffee in the morning. With my meals I drink water. Don't like to drink juice because of the high sugar content. Only drink diet soda once a week.

Sobe every now and then but most of the time its Crystal Light in a 32 oz bottle of water. Its too strong of a flavor for me in 16 - 20 oz of water. Some nights we have wine with dinner. I'll have a beer with dinner out on Wednesday nights. Other nights its 1/2 choc/ 1/2 white milk with dinner.

I gave up soda on February 15, so now I drink lots of water, but first thing in the morning I need something with taste so I have crystal light...yummy!

Normally, I only drink water all day. If I'm out to lunch I might have unsweet tea and about once a week or two I treat myselv to a Coke Zero (the local grocery store keeps them slushy cold!)
For runs I like the Sobe Lite water and Squincher.
And, of course on a really cold, cozy, snuggly night there's hot chocolate all winter long.

Juice to me is a big waste of calories. I just have 4 oz. in the morning with my vitamins. After that it is only water. I have found that Crystal Light makes some great flavored packets t add to water bottles for like 5 calories per 16 oz. of water. A much better choice for me.

I drink one SOBE Lifewater a day (0 calories) and then I fill the bottle with regular water for the remainder of the day.

I do drink water with meals, but I allow myself 1 Diet Pepsi, unhealthy I know, in the evening.

I'll use unsweetened tea and add a little truvia to it, or else I LOVE Arizon Diet Green Tea (it's sweetened with Splenda).

What does everyone drink with meals? I can drink water with some of my meals but certain foods I really prefer something else. I've been drinking 100% fruit juice (no soda in the house) but the juice is 300 calories a day ( 3 small boxes)for me. I was thinking of making iced tea and using Sun Crystals in place of sugar.
