Hi everyone I've been busy working for money in order to pay tuition and books but things are settling now so just stopping by to say hi and updating. I started the semester off with light workout on MW before class starts with a friend. Also I am taking a table tennis class and I am an intermediate player so I pretty much run for the ball a lot cause it's a beginners class so the ball flies more than staying on the table. That's about it.

hi everyone i just wanted to let you know how its going. I have actually managed to go out and walk in the morning before work. and in the evaning iv been playing tennis with my boys. which means mostly alot of running around chasing the ball. anyway iv felt more energy since i started doing this and since i started with this site im more motivated than ever. im going to weigh in on saturday. hopefully the scale will be kind. any way hang in there everybody we can all do this.

Hi! I'm new here. I'm 5'0 tall and hoping to lose around 30 lbs. I've already lost 13 so I just have to stay motivated now! With Thanksgiving and Christmas around the corner this could be a HUGE challenge.
