Yeah, I'll be your buddy! If you mean that you need to burn 3000+ calories thru just exercise you might want to relook at the amount of calories spark people recommends you burn in a week. That's a lot of calories sweetie and I might think you'd be overdoing it some if you tried to lose 3000+ just through exercise in a week.
How did you do yesterday? I drank 9 glasses of water, and stayed under my calorie limit for the day. However, I was bad and skipped working out yesterday for the first time this week. It was so hectic and I was just so darn worn out. But I'll get back on today and burn at least 130 calories thru exercise today. I've lost 3 pounds this week despite the fact that Aunt Flo is here!!!! YES!! Probably just the water, but hey, I'll take it!
