Stay motivated! I keep my goal weight where I can see it all day. To other people it is just a number on a calendar, to me it's a strong reminder to succeed.
We either make ourselves happy or miserable; the amount of effort is the same!

Last night I realized that I haven't been working as hard as I need to to lose the last 10 pounds so this morning I did my 5 mile walk tape instead of my 4 mile walk tape and as soon as my family from Tennessee leaves I will start a water aeorbics class on Thursday evening to up my exercise...reading the information about plateaus helps in the motivation section also...good luck

Hi my name is Lindsay and I am 25. I am 4'10 and constantly have had to battle with my weight my whole life. I have lost 28lbs and have another 25-29lbs to go but have hit a plateau and I hoping for some help.
