Coriann - I hope you have had a better time since you last posted this. I have been good about my food tracker lately, but TERRIBLE about keeping up with my emails. I guess that would be a good direction for me to error. Let us know how you are doing!

That's why it's so important to log everything into the food tracker - that's my favorite tool on this site and the reason why I joined SparkPeople in the first place. It's just too easy, especially for us petites, to go way over our daily caloric allowance... tracking WORKS!
don't you just hate it when you go all day believing that you did really well only to end up in the high range of your calories, then you look over that week and realize that you have been high all week. Then to top it off you're under your calories burned!! Wow how does that happen? wow you won't see me on the scale this week!
