Ate a pizza for dinner and then really added the calories up. Were talking 1200-1500 but it was really good. done with that and skipped the choc. cake. Husband birthday. I will make it up to him later. I better make sure I get to curves in the morning. Next time plan. Flour tortila with salsa, cheese and veggies and fruit. Pizza just doesn't fill me up so I can eat a lot. I am saying no to icecream. So I logged it I learned and I stopped
Went to curves tonight and tracked all my food. It's do or die size 3 here I come. My friend Cindy is on the wagon with me. There is might in numbers and we have day 2 under our belts. See you on the treadmill in the morning. I kno gettign it off is only half the battle but I can live with my food choices and I can also keep up the work outs too.
I didn't make it to the gym today but I did help DH put in one of those wood floors. Here's the I did it part, I ate healthy without letting this big home improvement project causing me to eat junk or sometimes I fall victom to stress eating. 4-5 sandwiches can make it's way into many projects. I can't believe how much more you can get done when your not side tracked by eating.

I too got to the gym today - even though I was gonna roll over and go back to sleep, thank god my lovely BF came in and woke me up properly or I would have wasted the opportunity to have a good work out!!

I JUST got done working with trainer - did 4 sets of squats and the last set was with 140lbs. Then did the following 3 times: ran the stairs 5X carrying 50lbs, 5X jumping stairs skipping to 3rd, 5X jump squats with 25lb bar for one minute. PHEWY!
I'm sticking to the C25k program and have upped my cardio dramatically. Yay me!
