I made the crispy baked eggrolls on Sunday. They were sort of bland, but on Monday I had one for breakfast (cold) and they were awesome.

I've never been much of a cook, so I'm always amazed when something I make actually turns out good and looks like it's supposed to.

I've been meaning to try the skillet lasagna and the roast pork sounds yummy!

We made the pinapple chicken last night and it was okay. They didn't have amounts on the spices, and I think I actually under-spiced. But it was still pretty tasty!

I have the stuff to make Roast Pork with Garlic Pepper Crust tonight. Mmmm...

I'm a complete recipe nut. You would not believe the amount of recipes I have printed off and sitting in my cabinet! I had been on a kraftfoods.com recipe kick, but I think I'll be trying more from here for awhile emoticon

Thanks for the tip! We LOVE many recipes from there: 5 ingredient soup, skillet lasagna, Shelley's sour cream chicken enchiladas (LOVE!), Turkey chili (slow cooker), Nathan's Two-Thumbs-Up Ratatouilee (we added chicken).

As you can see when get our "moneys worth" out of sparkrecipes.com. We use it for at least one meal every week.

Love Thai anything but haven't tried that recipe. I'll look for it.

I saw the chicken salsa but wasn't too sure...hubby is a tomato-phobe, but my daughter would probably love it.

I've never been a big cook, but I've really found my niche with some of these recipes. I choose the relatively easy ones and most of them have been great.

I made the slow-cooked salsa chicken. I tripled the amount of salsa (1 jar, instead of 1 cup), and cut the chicken into cubes, instead of using whole chicken breasts. It's got a lot of flavor and is a big hit with the family.

I recently made the sticky chicken and the low-fat chocolate muffins from sparkrecipes.com

Both were a huge hit and way yummy! What have you made from Spark Recipes that you really love?
