Don't fret too much about it. It's sometimes better to give in because fighting against it (as you mentioned) is not worth it. Especially with everything you have going on.
I also have PMS this week and ordered a gyro and fries for dinner last night. It's pretty much what I do when I get a craving like this. Since I've been losing weight, I've never put any back on. 95% of my diet is very healthy, but I'm bad 5% of the time.
